Refunds

2026-09-04

A subscription gives access to a digital service immediately after payment, so the refund terms are set out separately and plainly.

The EU right of withdrawal

A subscription gives access to a digital service immediately after payment. By taking one out you ask us to begin providing the service at once and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law ends when access begins.

Regardless of that, we refund on the terms below — they are softer than the law requires and they apply to everyone, not only to buyers in the EU.

When we refund

If you write within 7 days of the charge and have used no more than 3 analyses in that time, the subscription is refunded in full.

If a payment was taken twice through a technical fault, the extra payment is returned in full, whenever you notice it.

If the service was down through our fault for a meaningful part of the paid period, we refund that part of the payment.

When we do not

If the analyses for the paid period have been used: the service was delivered, and the result of a sporting event is not what the agreement covers.

If the reason is that an analysis did not match the result of a match. The service estimates probabilities and states plainly that no result is guaranteed.

If access was ended for breaking the terms of use: sharing access, reselling, scraping or circumventing limits.

How to ask

Write to support@sharkline.app from the email address or Telegram account the subscription is on. Give the date of the payment and the plan.

You will get an answer within 3 working days. An approved refund goes back the way the payment came; how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank and the payment platform.

Write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A dispute takes weeks and freezes the refund while it runs; by email it is usually settled in a day.
