Sharkline

Privacy policy

2026-09-04

This describes what personal data the Sharkline team (https://sharkline.app) processes and why. Data requests: support@sharkline.app.

1. What is processed

Telegram account data passed to the app at sign-in: identifier, name, username, interface language.

Email and password — only if you linked an email yourself in order to sign in without Telegram. The password is stored as an irreversible hash.

Subscription status, plan, renewal history and the remaining daily limit. Card details are neither processed nor stored: only the payment platform sees them.

Usage history: which matches you opened and requested an analysis for, images uploaded for photo analysis, and technical request logs.

2. Why

To provide access, count plan limits and restore access when you contact support — this is performance of our agreement with you.

To protect the service from abuse: shared access, automated scraping, circumvented limits.

To understand which features work and which do not, and improve the product.

3. Who receives data

The payment platform, to take payment and confirm the subscription.

Sports data and market data providers, to the extent of a query about a match; no personal data is passed to them.

The provider of the language model behind the analysis: the request text and match data, and for photo analysis the uploaded image.

The hosting provider running the app.

Data is never sold and never passed to third parties for advertising.

4. How long it is kept

Account and subscription data is kept while the account exists and for up to a year after deletion where tax or accounting rules require it.

Request history and technical logs are kept for as long as limits, support and abuse protection require.

5. Your rights

You can ask what data is held about you, correct it, demand deletion of the account and its data, and withdraw consent. Write to support@sharkline.app.

Deleting an account ends access to the paid period without a refund unless the refund terms apply.

6. The site and cookies

https://sharkline.app uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a traffic counter that works without cookies and does not identify the visitor. It records anonymous statistics: page, referrer, country, device type. There are no advertising cookies on the site.

7. Changes to this policy

A new version is published on this page with the date of the change.
