Terms of use

Sharkline is an analytics service that runs inside Telegram. It gathers team and player statistics, form, head-to-head history, line-ups and market data, and produces a read on a match: the probability of each outcome, a conclusion, a confidence level and the main risk.

The service is an informational and analytical product. It does not accept bets, is not a bookmaker, is not an agent for one, and gives no financial, investment or other licensed advice.

Access to the app and its features at the level of the plan you chose: the feed of analysed matches, analyses on request, photo analysis and the related features. Plans and daily limits are listed on the pricing section and inside the app.

A subscription is not the purchase of an outcome. An estimate of probability is an estimate, not a prediction: any result can differ from the calculation. Decisions made on the basis of an analysis are yours and carry your risk.

A subscription is a recurring payment. You are charged at checkout, and then automatically at the start of every following period, at the same price and on the same card, until you cancel. Nothing else is ever charged.

The billing period and the amount are shown before you pay and in the confirmation you receive. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert them at its own rate and add its own fee.

The subscription is sold by ADVERTEX ADVERTISING RESEARCHES AND CONSULTANCIES LLC: it is the merchant of record, your payment contract is with it, and its name is what appears on your card statement. Card details are handled by the payment platform and are never passed on.

If a price changes, the new one applies only to periods starting after we tell you. You can cancel before that period begins and pay nothing more.

A failed renewal does not create a debt: access simply stops at the end of the paid period.

You can cancel at any moment in one click in your account at https://app.sharkline.app, or inside Telegram if that is where you subscribed. No email, no call, no explanation, and no retention script. Access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

If something is wrong with a charge, write to support@sharkline.app before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer within one working day and refund where the terms allow — that is faster for you than a dispute, which takes weeks.

The service is for adults. You are responsible for checking that using it does not conflict with the law where you are.

Access is granted to one user. Sharing access, reselling it, scraping the app automatically and circumventing plan limits are prohibited and may end access without a refund.

The interface, texts, design and the output of the analytical system belong to the operator of the service. You may use them personally; publishing them as your own product or distributing them commercially requires written permission.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a calculation will prove correct or that source data will be complete and timely, and we are not liable for your decisions or their consequences.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we are not liable for interruptions caused by Telegram, the payment platform, data providers or hosting.

We may change these terms and the composition of the plans. A new version is published on this page with its date. A price change for an active subscription takes effect from the next period.

A dispute is settled by correspondence first: write to support@sharkline.app and you will get an answer within a reasonable time. Failing that, the law of the country where the operator is located applies.

Sharkline subscriptions are sold by ADVERTEX ADVERTISING RESEARCHES AND CONSULTANCIES LLC, the merchant of record. It bills you, issues the receipt, and handles refunds and payment disputes. Its name is what you will see on your card statement.
